Land of Sands - 5th update

Changelog:

ADDED:
-Added Seaside Cat Memorial.
-Added a new town: Britaly.
-Added a new smaller town near Britaly: Little Britaly.
-Added a new multi-layout race track near Britaly.
-Added a spawn point for a village near the highway and given it's name "Seashire".
-Added a spawn point for the northern part of "New Ashley".
-Added a spawn point for the big bridge, southern and northern side.
-Added a spawn point at the newly refreshed airport.
-Added a port with it's own spawn point.
-Added new roads leading to Britaly.
-Added more assets from West Coast, USA.
-Added "Prop Car" assets made by KAMUS_
-Added new missions, "Garage to Garage" (located at the garages place in Costa Rlassante) and "Illegal Arrival" (Located at the Sandia Main Airport), with the last one having multiple variants, each with different amounts of police cars.

CHANGES & FIXES:
-All spawn point and preview thumbnails have been changed.
-Extended the road on South West side of the map.
-Exits / Enterances from the highway into Costa Rilassnte have been remade.
-Some spawn points have been moved to a different location.
-Optimized the night-time street lighting.
-Most missions now have author's name and difficulty shown.
-Some missions now have traffic option.
-Mission "Grand Race" has been changed and now starts on the highway.
-Missions "Sandia Racing", "Sandia Racing (Alternative Path)" and "Race Track Time Trial" instead of saying "...only track built in Sandia!" now say "...first track built in Sandia" due to the new race track in Britaly.
-Broken road no longer has traffic lights.
-Broken road is slightly smoother for Traffic AI reasons.
-Traffic Signal system has been reworked.
-Thumbnail images have been remade and new ones were added.
-"bigMapLevelBorderVisible" setting has been turned off (no black borders when viewing in "Map" tab).
-Majority of white concrete mesh roads (which were used as walls and etc.) are changed to use "ind_concrete" texture instead of "italy_old_bld_concrete", which looks more like concrete gray rather than some random white rock.
-On the cat tribute statue, the texture has been changed to replace "BeamNG Boy" to "Nodes & Beams" as I renamed my YouTube channel in November.
-Car testing facility is slightly changed.
-The airport near Costa Rilassante has been completely reworked.

REMOVED:
-Removed unnecessary traffic lights.
-Removed traffic lights in Hilltown.
-Removed most of the street lights that are stuck in sand.
-Removed the street lights on a highway intersection.
-Removed the traffic bump on East side of Costa Rilassante.
-Removed the apartment complexes near the mansion
-Removed "Downhill Drifting" mission as it got broken in 0.33.

KNOWN BUGS:
-The decals have a weird double-layer effect. This also somehow gets into a problem when you load into another map, and all decals will have the top priority and will show through cars.
-The big map (or the "M" key) for some unknown reasons does not work. It happened during the 0.35 update and i'm not sure if it's an issue on my side or not. If it appears on your side, please inform me. If you know how to fix it, please do it too.
